I love critical role, been watching from the very start and I usually love every minute. This episode however has prompted me to write my first ever review,
I found myself increasingly frustrated while watching and eventually a little annoyed. This was a guest episode during which the guest got to do so very little. Long swathes of time elapsed where she had nothing to do or say and the usual cast continued with banter that seemed more self-indulgent as time went by.
Did everyone really need to have a book researched in this particular episode? Just seemed to be a lot of faffing about and I really felt sorry for the guest.
Anyway, by the end of the 4 hours the group finally acted and I hope she has a lot more to do next week.
