This is a genuine zombie movie, it's heartless, soulless and witless, it's born dead. To create a movie as bad as this you need a perfect team. You need a TV editor who's basic qualification is knowing what's been successful in the USA. She sees a "Scary Movie", says "I want one of those" to a generic network writer who has already proved that he's a pro and would never use any idea that hadn't been tested over and over again. Originality is for amateurs.
Next you'll need a director who'd never spoil such a perfect script with creativity. And stereotype actors like Axel Stein who is the ugly fat guy - very funny, isn't it? - and delivers a lot of farts. Get rid of everybody who doesn't think that's just hilariously funny. There are ways of testing this, you know?
This movie is a safety zone for everybody who thinks that laughter and giggles are disgusting noises. It won't happen here. If you are morbidly afraid of laughter, but appreciate a very, very moderate level of suspense, then this is the movie for you. Once or twice it looked like something would turn out a little bit funny, but all the guys involved really are pros, they know how to kill a joke.
If you actually like comedy, you should definitively stay away from this. It's sheer horror to watch those butchers of comedy at work.
Some things are strange though. This movie is made for Pro7, a TV station that belongs to the biggest German TV network and is specialized in American movies and comedy shows like Simpsons, Scrubs, HIMYM. They could have stolen contemporary ideas by just watching their own program. Humour has changed since the days of Monty Pythons and Zucker, even though the "Scary Movies" themselves seem to prove me wrong here.
They spoof the "Evil Dead" movies that due to strict German restrictions concerning evil violence are quite unknown to the average Pro7 viewer. They've never been on TV, hardly ever been in the cinemas, it's even tough to get the DVDs. From other horror movies they just use set pieces like the mask of Jason, Michael Myers' name, the chain saw of Leatherface, the puppet from "Saw", the "Hostel" sign, but from the "Evil Dead" they actually use a bit of the storyline, turning it into the centerpiece. That's very fitting after all. This movie is not only dead, it's evil. For wholesome laughs you should watch "Evil Dead 2" instead.
