This was a good chapter with a good message and some nice visuals. I have little patience with Gabe being stupid though, it is not the first time it happens.
This is a nice sweet show but it is boring that characters never learn and are always repeating their mistakes.
At least, this episode shows that Avalor did not forget about the threats to the kingdom and they are trying to be ready for anything. I also like there are some continuity among the episodes, like Elena still having an injured arm that makes more difficult for her to use magic. Sadly, the show is not as consistent in showing how she uses her magic. Sometimes she can do things, sometimes she can't without a real explanation.
