The brother beheads his sisters husband in front of his sister. it's implied that she went mad from seeing this. She's later killed by a man wanting to fight her brother. He goes into a killing frenzy. A man is killed in front of his wife and daughter. The blood of the husband is then smeared all over the chest of the wife.
