Very good episode with strong performances from everyone in the cast, especially guest star Joshua Malina. It has a very good mystery with a very satisfying resolution and wrap-up.
(But I do agree with another reviewer who mentioned in a review of another episode that the whole subplot involving Joe and his female coworker/business partner is kind of contrived and really very unnecessary to the overall show; and that opinion also applies to how it carries over into future episodes).
The only issue I have with this episode and didn't give it a higher rating is that at the end the words "to be continued" appear on screen right before credits roll, yet it does not continue in the following episode. And this isn't the first time this happened during the run of this series, and is a very frustrating thing. Especially when there is a loose end or two at the very end that could do to be resolved.
