The type of movie that really makes you go, "wait, what?" from the start to the end. It was a healthy combination of humor, cringe, intensity, motivation and entertainment. It almost seemed like I was watching an Indian version of Ford V Ferrari too as a master of the craft guided an apprentice of his to victory. It was definitely a fun piece to watch, it gave me a good laugh dozens of times. It really was a joy to watch and I'm looking forward to what more I can see from the production team.

The Film was excellent. It was very funny and interesting, the cinematography was topnotch and considering that the piece is a comedy film, it really got my attention and not just with the punchlines. The part that made me laugh was when Kiren was cutting onions and was crying, that part really showed the creativity of the director. I loved the film, I wish the director can make more comedy films and I think he would be very excellent in making documentaries. The commentator's voice is perfect for the film, filters and editing are good as well.

The Fastest Indian - If you are feeling super bored right now, this movie is for you. It is not some action-packed blockbuster, rather it is a low budget film full of engaging satire and comedy. The story is very interesting and the build-up to further sequences is executed very well. Sound effects, videography, and direction have been perfect leading to a smooth transition from one scene to another. However, I do feel that the script could have been improved. The actors have done a great job despite a lackluster script. Overall, I would definitely recommend this movie; if not much, it will certainly bring a smile across your face.

"The fastest Indian" is an interesting story about the making of a champion, set in the world of kart racing. The movie also brings into the spotlight this sport. I think this is especially appealing to people already having an interest in karting, but might seem a bit "unusual" for others.
In other words, a niche film. I like the way it was made to look like a documentary, with constant comments from actors playing various essential roles.
Interesting plot, though a bit hard to follow due to the abundance of characters with different backstories(which are thoroughly presented and explained).
Overall, it talks about the things it truly takes to become a champion, something that could extend beyond the film's scope(not just about becoming a kart champion, but becoming a champion in general).
Personally, I think it should've been more action oriented than narrative(the good old "show, don't tell" rule), but it's just a matter of taste. But it does make for a unique cast of characters and can be used to promote karting, to raise awareness about this sport.
A bit funny at times, a bit serious, this is a film I enjoyed watching and, though I wasn't particularly interested about its subject at first, I ended up by enjoying it and with zero regrets about the time spent watching it!:) I would definitively recommend it...

At a time when you're expected to stay at home while you observer social distancing, there's pretty little you can do. So, how about watching a short film that will crack you up and also teach you a thing or two?
Well, if that's your kind of idea, I'd recommend you watch the Fastest Indian. This is a film that pretty much has it all, from humor to exceptional shooting, you name it and it is here in just these 23 or so minutes.
The script is okay, though predictable at the end as the backed 'horse' does win the race. The drama part of it when the winner is accused of cheating and leaves a country in suspence is on point. If you're looking for suspense wrapped up in humor, this is what you should watch.
Man lesson, if you want something, you can either work for it or steal it. Working makes you a champion, while stealing only makes you a thief.

A really enjoyable move really well directed which show the creativity of director who has taken really good work from actors.one can learn many things from this movie which is really the speciality of this movie.
A funny part is when all the drivers were slandering rogue which was really funny and gopy das's character was also very funny and enjoyable.a really hard work is being done which can be seen in this movie. Alot of such work is being required for the entertainment of people.
A last thing is that the moral of this movie is very appreciatable that one can only win if he is dedicated and not blaming others for his failure or for his weeknesses.

A really enjoyable and entertaining film.the most liked character of mine was goopi das (ofcourse) and his speaking style.
Despite of all entertainment there is also one thing which is really appreciated that one can only win if he is honest and calm who only enjoys his work rather than pointing out and hating others which rogue did.
You will only win and get succes in life if you are not bullying others and have confidence on yourself amd the last thing dont blame cart or others for yoyr failure

A film full of spontaneous comedy that keeps the audience entertained by the funny but serious situation of finding the newest fastes indian after the retirement of Goupi Dase, fastest go-kart racer. This mockumentary is almost like a critic to reality shows and how everything is scripted for the entertainment of people, giving the principal character difficulties which they will overcome to be the winner. By the use of several YouTube media, the director created an original, creative, hilarious film that shows a fictional story about kart racing racers, all of them with different professions, but with the same desire, to be the next fastest Indian racer.
Boy I almost bought in despite all the laughs.

I loved this film so much. It is pretty tought for a film to bring together characters that imitate life to the point where you would believe their existance. It was brilliant the way this film introduces so many indians from many walks of life and showed them wanting the same goal just because.
The mix of comedy and seriousness in this mockumentary was also very good. It gives you a feeling of reality set in motion but at the same time since you get to write the events it gave space for some fun and gripping story telling. Its a formula that never fails.
I liked the cinematography, it does not feel overly saturated with light but it also wasn´t as raw as most documentaries which somehow works.
I just wished you would not say at the beginning that this was fiction. That´s what makes these mockumentaries fun.
Another little issue I had is that there´s this main character because who was hated by every other racer, he could race really well because of his experience and this gave him enough spotlight for the ending to be a bit predictable. Though the ride was fun , it would have been cool to make things a little bit unpredictable.
Overall it is a fun movie.

I thoroughly enjoyed the short film. A very dear friend acted in it. The feeling that you get when you spend time with your dear ones is how I felt watching a film that was beautifully written, directed and acted.

This short film has all that can keep you hooked on to it from beginning till end.. It has content, information, humour, good background voice, good editing , great cast , suspense and good filming too.. Nothing less of a Bollywood entertainer ;-)
