- TriviaTed and Coach Beard's record at the paper-tossing game is 1,236. Earlier in the episode, 1,236 is also the number of pounds Roy owes his niece for swearing. Both figures are commented (by Sharon and Keeley respectively) as "Impressive".
- GoofsAt 13.40 the screen says VAR has decided on a penalty. VAR (Video Assistant REFEREE) is not presently used in the EFL. VAR is only at Premier League grounds and Wembley in England.
- Quotes
Rebecca Welton: [to Roy and Keeley, after a double date with her new boyfriend] Well?
Keeley Jones: I think he's a really good match. He's age-appropriate, financially appropriate... he's not shy.
Rebecca Welton: I love that about him.
Keeley Jones: Totally.
Roy Kent: [rolls his eyes] Fucking hell.
Rebecca Welton: Is there a problem?
Roy Kent: Tell the truth. He's fine. That's it. Nothing wrong with that, most people are fine. But it's not about him. It's about why the fuck you think he deserves you. You deserve someone who makes you feel like you've been struck by fucking lightning. Don't you dare settle for "fine".

Other than that, the humor was middle of the road, Ted talked a bit too much, and the side story with Roy could be a good route to develop.
I'll still finish the season, but more random subplots and characters that feel contrived and forced could have me looking elsewhere for content.
