End scene has a shooting star going up into the sky. All shooting stars come from space and fall down toward Earth, burning up as it passes through the atmosphere.
The snow patches on the roof of the inn never change throughout the movie.
The movie was clearly shot in the late summer. In the few outdoor scenes, you can clearly see beautiful green leaves on the trees, bushes and shrubs. Furthermore, snow is only shown around an inn, and on the roof of it, and it is always the same as is artificial. There is no where else snow in the whole movie. And snowing is clearly digital.
