(at around 8 mins) Dan realizes that he is a ghost and passes through solid objects, yet he doesn't fall through the floor in Lucifer's apartment. This is not a Goof as it is allowable under suspension of disbelief; otherwise Dan would pass straight through Earth and off into space with no one the wiser, and there would not be much of a story.
On the other hand, after Rory slices a statue apart with her wings, Dan appears to step over the half on the floor rather than just walk through it.

When Amenadiel and the training officer are driving with Mazikeen in the back, she states that she's being charged with vandalism for graffiti, stating that she is "taking her to prison". A vandalism offense carries a maximum of one year in jail, not prison. However, this is not a Goof, as the officer is simply portraying a worst-case scenario to "scare straight" Mazikeen before dropping her off at a women's shelter.
(at around 11 mins) When Amenadiel is starting as an officer, Mazikeen refers to Ella as "Ellen". This is not a character error, as it is a running gag that Maze constantly, and deliberately, gets Ella's name wrong.
Around 1m 07s, after Lucifer enters Linda's office and sits down, she glances at some papers on her desk - which are from a novel she's writing. The title page is fine, but on the page to the right, all the words are backwards. The pages to the left and upper part of the screen are absolute jibberish.
When Lucifer comes into the penthouse, there's no sign of Rory, and Dan is casually leaning against the bar. Then Rory emerges from within the insubstantial Dan to attack Lucifer. Presumably, she was hiding inside of Dan, but Dan would have had to cooperate with her and stand still. Dan said earlier that he wouldn't help Rory.
