"Don't let a few bunches of flowers change your mind.Stick to your guns."

Warning: Spoilers
With Steph throwing away every moral rule that she insists everyone else sticks to, it's a great time to have Sam find out what's going on and give her the serve she deserves, rightly calling her a hypocrite. Steph seems to have got Libby's storyline from last year, fooling around with a married man and acting self-righteous about it.The cliffhanger's pretty uninspiring;it's not clear how Charlie got into peril or indeed exactly what the peril is.(Is he inside that cabinet? Underneath it?How did he get there and how did it fall over?)

Rachel's storyline is more interesting, especially without the rest of the Kennedys being forced into it.It's hard to sympathise with Ty, who seems to have fallen into the trap of telling someone you love them just so they feel obliged to say it back.Lucas manages to give the wrong advice to two people but at least manages to be charismatic about it.As a friend, Dan makes a good counsellor.Toadie and Kelly come across as controlling, making decisions for Rachel without consulting her.Bridget's avoiding her.The only person who seems to be good for her, ironically, is Donna, who manages to bring her out of herself a bit.But that scene of her examining her figure in the mirror just screams "forthcoming eating disorder storyline".
