As a thriller. Who killed Emma could be narrowed down to a few people. Which undermines the thriller element of it.

Is it Edward, his strange associate or maybe Simon who used to be with Emma.

The denouement depended on one person behaving in an unhinged manner.

In the end Jane came to the opinion that several damaged people needed to sort themselves out.

Jane was the moral centre of the series. She could had taken the easy way out but she wanted to make sure that justice was done for Emma.

A frustrating series which was too long at four parts. No way would I like to have lived in that house.

A brilliant ending.

Jane continues to look for answers as to why Emma died,

It has been a slow burner, the pacing in earlier episodes could have frustrated some, but it was obvious that the spark was going to ignite at some point, and here it does, this fourth and final part was exceptional.

Gritty, exciting, there really were several edge of the seat moments here. This was a lot easier to follow than the first three, this one played out in a more linear fashion, you could have watched this and enjoyed a glass of wine.

Jessica Plummer and Ben Hardy have both been so good throughout, in this last one, the laid get the chance to shine, they are both outstanding.

The conclusion this show deserved, 9/10.
