Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • A wife is displayed fully nude in the bed while her husband goes down on her. Suddenly, a fake baby's head comes out of her vagina and she tells her husband to put it back inside, which he struggles to do so. This is seen in graphic detail showing explicit female genitalia.

Violence & Gore

  • A man has a stroke on a train and the axolotls he brought with him fall into the floor and seem to eventually die.
  • When a woman gives birth the baby (GCI) is covered in some blood. They put the baby back inside her and she expresses a lot of pain. In the next sequence the woman has an extremely long umbilical cord hanging, so the husband cuts it off and they walk away the hallway while she stains the floor with blood of the umbilical cord. This whole part is comedic.
  • A huge pile of seemingly dead people is shown, but they are revealed to be actors.
  • A man's feet are briefly shown with holes in them. This is connected to a latter scene where a man nails the protagonist to the floor, but nothing too graphic is shown. This is all imaginary.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are some eerie and surreal sequences throughout like one that involves everyone in the street except the main character suddenly falling into the floor. Some of these might be a bit frightening to viewers.
