  Caitlin Snow : He will be, Nora.

  Nora West-Allen : You don't know that. Nobody does. Caitlin, we can't get back home. Central City's being torn apart. My dad's out there doing something that'll probably get him killed. It just feels like everything's falling apart.

• Speed Force : Barry, Iris, it's good to see you again.

  Iris West-Allen : Are the other Forces coming, too?

  Speed Force : No. With me here, they're all working overtime to keep the universe in balance. I've seen what you've all been facing. I've been fighting it myself within the Speed Force. Now, you all need to be at full strength in order to defeat this threat, which is why whether you're already a full speedster or have just a spark of Speed Force inside of you, I'm going to give you all a boost.   Nora West-Allen : [as everyone nods, she snaps, and the others are all supercharged]  Schway.

  Jay Garrick : Yup. That works.

  Iris West-Allen : Barry, Bart's still...

  Speed Force : I know. Oh, my impulsive boy.

  Caitlin Snow : [in the infirmary, watching Bart's vitals inexplicably stabilize]  What in the world?

  Bart Allen : [whooshing into the Speed Lab]  Whoo! Oh! I'm back.

  Barry Allen : [relieved he's okay]  Bart.

  Bart Allen : [group-hugging]  Hi, did you miss me? Did you miss me? Oh, thank you for the reboot, S.F.N. I appreciate it. Speed Force Nana. Uh, it's... it's our little thing. Oh, somebody re-did my nails. It must have been Caitlin.

• Mecha-Vibe : I know we said we'd protect the city while the team figured out a way to end this, but can a man get a timeout?

  Frost : Not happening.

  Mecha-Vibe : [Godspeed clones appear]  Hey, how long can you hold your breath?

  Frost : What does that matter?

  Mecha-Vibe : When I say now, we're gonna suck in a much air as we can and hold it in.

  Frost : What's that gonna do? Wait, you're not actually gonna...

  Mecha-Vibe : Oh, I'm gonna.

  Frost : No, no, no, no, no.

  Mecha-Vibe : Now!

  [Mecha-Vibe activates his gauntlet, and he and Frost are protected by a bubble; the Godspeed clones stop their attack and speed off] 

  Mecha-Vibe : Yeah! Thank God those bubbles are temporary. That's right. Your boy put an auto-timer on the entropy bubble and in the process, answered his own question. A man can get a timeout! Am I a genius?

  Frost : Never do that again.

  Mecha-Vibe : I'll take that as a yes.

• Caitlin Snow : Thank God you guys are okay.

  Jay Garrick : We managed to save the reactor, but it looks like round two is about to begin.

  Iris West-Allen : And this time, there's no Speed Force Nora or the S.E.E.

  Nora West-Allen : We threw everything we had at them.

  Bart Allen : What are we gonna do? Dad?

• Caitlin Snow : Are you sure you're okay with me being your plus one, because...

  Frost : Do not say his name.

  Caitlin Snow : Frost, I know...

  Frost : He lied to me and then totally bailed. I hate weddings.

  Caitlin Snow : Technically, this is...

  Frost : Okay, fine. A renewal ceremony.

• Caitlin Snow : How did you bring Thawne back?

  Iris West-Allen : Well, the Speed Force did it by connecting with the negative side, which is pretty dangerous. So with Barry occupied, I was the perfect choice to anchor the Speed Force.

  Nora West-Allen : Wait. Tapping into the Negative Speed Force... do I even know who you guys are?

  Bart Allen : Okay, but why Thawne? Like, why not just let us come help instead?

  Barry Allen : Sometimes, what makes a speedster dangerous isn't just speed.

  Jay Garrick : It's having no limits on how they use it.

  Barry Allen : Right. Godspeed has no limits. But Thawne, his one limit is he can't let anyone else kill me. That's why I knew he'd turn on me the first chance he got.

  Nora West-Allen : But, Dad, Thawne's still out there.

  Barry Allen : Yeah, and he'll be back someday, but that's future us's problem.

  Jay Garrick : What about August Heart?

  Barry Allen : He's in Iron Heights now.

  Jay Garrick : But, Barry, he knows your real identity. What if he talks?

  Barry Allen : Luckily, he's a speedster. So Speed Force Nora was able to remove that from his memory.

  Caitlin Snow : It's finally over.

  Bart Allen : Great. Can we eat now? I'm starving.

  Barry Allen : Family dinner tonight, on Dad.

  Nora West-Allen : Yeah, I would love that.

  Caitlin Snow : That sounds perfect.

  Barry Allen : I'll get us a reservation.

• The Flash : Frost, Mecha-Vibe, how are you doing?

  Mecha-Vibe : We're holding our own!

  Frost : Wouldn't say no to backup, though.
