People need to chill.

Molly Ringwald is in this episode but she is not his mom. Also he did lift weights why people also focus on things that don't really matter , for one its a tv show for two they got what was important right. Also unless you were there when it happened you have no idea what is fact from fiction truly. I think Evan does a great job, he is an exceptional actor in my opinion. They don't glorify it, if anything it shows how people ignored all the signs , even when he him self tried to talk to his father or anyone about stuff. They just changed the subject. The cops especially really sucked how many calls did they ignore.

The origins of a monster.

Jeff is left alone to his own devices and survive alone after his parents divorce and the pair move out, going their separate ways.

It's an interesting episode, not quite as shocking as the last two, but it's definitely building up. You just knew all wasn't going to end well for the hitchhiker.

I can see the format of the show now, the first episode have you the outcome, here and in the previous one, they're unlocking the story, providing some reasons as to why Jeff maybe ended up the way that he did.

Immaculately well made once again, it looks and sounds terrific, Evan Peters for me, is terrific, I think he's super talented.

Joyce was an interesting character, and the performance behind it was also interesting enough it's fair to say.

8/10.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode It was full of events and full of the answers that I was giving in the past episodes... The beginning was wonderful and we saw the suffering and problems that Jeffrey's father was going through.... Then we moved to him and his father and we saw that his relationship with his father was a little bit good, and when they were hunting, I noticed that Jeffrey was love This is the thing that is cutting and filtering. It also appeared in the class when he asked his teacher to take the pig with him, and his teacher said, I have been studying for 22 years, and no one has asked me this thing before. "Murder." We also saw that when the teacher asked him about his dream, and he said, "The dream is not for people like me," and this is evidence that he is aimless.... In the end, Jeffrey's father and mother separated and he was left alone, and he was disturbed by myself and he only thought about these things..

Warning: Spoilers
This Episode begins with Lionel, he pays the doctor a visit together with Joyce. Lionel learns Jeff how to fish. Lionel and Joyce are going to divorce with each other. Jeff is training his arms. Jeff is getting drunk in his appartment, he seems to be tripping out. Jeff took Steven to his appartment. Jeff kissed Steven. Jeff knocked down Steven with a dumbbell. Jeff strangled Steven to death. The cops let Jeff go after a talk. Nice Episode of Dahmer Season 1, really interesting to see how Jeff becomes a monster in his teenage years. Looking forward for more! Jeff needs to stay calm, now he killed his first victim!

Endless Mindless

Warning: Spoilers
This is supposed to be an extremely important episode in the serial killing life of Jeffrey Dahmer, in fact it's THE most important as it's his first kill... but Evan Peters plays Dahmer as such a freak all along, and the Tarantinoesque non-linnear approach having shown him kill plenty already, makes the first time mean close to nothing... It's not a discovery like it's supposed to be, which turns into something like Dahmer becoming Dr. Frankenstein, basically... If everything's morose and weird, nothing is morose and weird... Also there was a scene at high school, when Dahmer was making his schoolmates laugh, which really happened... But again, Evan Paters plays it like a performance of a freak TRYING to be funny... This thing is a slog, and feels more like its sustaining AHS than being a story on its own...

Add a red afro and it's Napoleon Dahmerite
stardogg-583-81785129 September 2022
The acting in this series is so bad it's laughable.

Dahmer acts exactly like (a gay) Maker Napoleon Dynamite. The acting is completely unnatural to how things happen in the real world.

Dahmer's Mom, played by Molly Ringwald, is so poorly acted you often wonder if this is really a Saturday Night Live skit.

And a completely ripped Jeffrey Dahmer? Everyone's seen what dahmer looks like by now; he didn't have defined pecs and a 4 pack. What's the point here, to try and make Jeffrey dahmer into some sort of sex symbol?

And why pick Evan for the role? Not enough real gay men in the acting world? At least that might make it a bit more convincing.
