  Renee Walker : Chloe told me what you did: you "leveraged" Hastings. He said you would head up Fields Ops until this crisis is over in exchange for CTU dropping any charges against me. I didn't ask you to do that

  Jack Bauer : I know you didn't but look someone in the White House set you up to take the failure of our mission and I couldn't let that happen because you did nothing wrong. Do you understand me? You need to let this go. You are not responsible for what's happening
