Barry Allen : Mm-hmm.
Joe West : And your objection.
Barry Allen : Yeah.
Joe West : You wanna tell me your side? Because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that wants to get these damn things off the street.
Barry Allen : Look, I know why she's doing this, and she's not wrong. If there's something out there hurting people, then we need to do everything we can to stop it.
Joe West : Right. So what's the problem?
Barry Allen : She's found a way to use Frost's powers to lure the black flame here by boosting Frost's powers to trap it.
Joe West : And that's a bad plan because...
Barry Allen : It's too dangerous. I mean, Frost has already been hurt once. If we try this again, something even worse could happen.
Joe West : That's not all you're concerned about, is it?
Barry Allen : I mean, my gut told me this was a bad idea. I should have listened to it.
Joe West : And you're worried about not being able to stop it because these things were set in motion?
Barry Allen : I'm - I'm team leader. Having a plan that keeps everybody safe is my job. Only today, I don't know how. And now our only solution is putting a team member's life in jeopardy.
Joe West : Mm. Are you talking about Frost or Iris? Mm-hmm. I'm worried about her too. But you were the one who also left your wife in Coast City asking about the same question you're asking about Frost. Is it safe for her to continue her mission or pull the plug? Look, I'm not the boss here, so I can't make the decision for you. But I can tell you this. Sometimes, the hardest part about being a leader is letting go and trusting the one you've trained to make the call themselves. And then you be there for them in a blink of an eye.

Barry Allen : How do you feel right now?
Iris West-Allen : Well, I mean, that's what's so weird. I feel fine.
Barry Allen : And this is all because of what happened in the other timeline?
Deon Owens : Yeah. I should've never reversed your treatments.
Iris West-Allen : No. It's not your fault, Deon. I asked you to do it. And it was the right thing to do. There-there was no other way to prove Barry's innocence and to save my dad's life.
Deon Owens : Yeah, but these anomalies you're experiencing? I mean, who knows what's next?
Barry Allen : Well, we have to find a cure.
Deon Owens : And we will. Right now, we gotta get you stabilized. I'm sorry, but you gotta stay put.
Iris West-Allen : Well, I mean, there are worse places to hang out. How long do I have to stay?
Deon Owens : Well, considering the universe is like a zillion light years large, I'd say staying put is a relative thing when it comes to Earthly movements, so I'm thinking that if you confine your movements to Coast City for a while, it should lessen the risk. Or a least I hope so.
Iris West-Allen : Good, because there's still someone here that needs my help.
Barry Allen : What if she has another episode?
Deon Owens : Well, I'm gonna have to do something a little more radical this time to patch you up. Look, I won't like to you guys. This is gonna hurt.
