A great start.

After being missing for a few days, Stephen Baxter is found, he claims he's the son of Christ, his mission to hit the reset button, and asks people to deliver the third testament.

Before I even begin, I will say that my review is based on the dramatic side of this, and not the religious, as I understand for some it could be problematic.

I was excited to rewatch it, partly because of The Doctor Who links, with Russell T Davies coming back to Doctor Who, and partly because of its twentieth anniversary.

I had forgotten how good it was, it's certainly very different, but it's excellent, thought provoking drama,it hits hard and challenges you to think. Eccleston is phenomenal, well supported by Lesley Ash and the supporting cast.

I had forgotten just how creepy some of the segments in this first episode were, that woman in the car is very sinister, as was Mark Benton's disillusioned character.

8/10.
