In its first week, out of its 92 shows in forty seven theaters, in Mumbai, Pune and Nasik, around 80 shows witnessed a 'House Full' board while in the second week, with an additional release in Kolhapur, 232 shows were played in 93 cinema houses. The movie accumulated Rs. 78 Lakhs in its first week while in the second week, the figure went up to Rs. 2 Crore. In the third week, it was shown in a total of 117 theaters collecting 4 Crore in third week.Which made it the biggest hit of 2008.
