In "The 21-Second Excitation" Bernadette says that Howard has one long hair on his chest, however, in "The Alien Parasite Hypothesis" when Howard is attempting to wrestle, his leotard shows off his very hairy chest.
When Bernadette is talking about not being able to see over the steering wheel, Penny uncorks the same wine bottle twice.
At around 12 minutes, Sheldon answers Penny's crank call on his iPhone, but when he puts the phone to his ear it is obvious that the phone is in the lock screen rather than receiving a call. When an iPhone is put to one's ear the screen automatically turns off.
At 5:50 in the guys appear to be getting up from the table to leave the Cheesecake Factory & Raj's plate still has 1/2 a hamburger, fries, tomato, & broccoli. At 6:23 in Sheldon points & says that is where they could've been in line if Koothrappali hadn't ordered dessert. Raj then says he earned it because he ate all his broccoli.
Sheldon comes down the stairs with the Indiana Jones movie in two movie canisters. This would not have been possible. Any movie that comes in canisters like that would have been film (most likely 35mm) that would have to be joined, or spliced, together in order to be run through the projector.
At roughly 2 hours, the film would have come in 6-8 separate reels, and would have taken approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to put together. That close to show time, there is no way the movie theatre would have left the reels separated.
Additionally, he would not have had time to breakdown the film if it were already joined. That process would have taken some time as well, since doing so too quickly would have damaged the film.
