Douglas's cuffs, as he enters the room to show off his tattoo, are both undone, in the next shot his left cuff is done-up.
Moss, Jen and Douglas would not be able to be members of the jury because they have a connection (being work colleagues) with the plaintiff, Roy. The jury members must be impartial to the those involved in the court case.
Roy refers to the male masseur as a masseuse, which is the form of the word (originally French) used to describe women in the profession. In his last reference to the man, he says "masseur". By then the score is about masseuse 5, masseur 1. He never mentions nor explains his previous (minor) error.
