- A brunette woman is seen in a black lace see-through dress from behind(her bare butt is visible). She takes a guy to a rooftop and presumably gives him a handjob (no nudity is seen).
- A woman is briefly seen from behind straddling a man, having sex (no nudity is seen).
- A man and woman have sex in a hospital supply room in the dark (we briefly see the man's bare buttocks).
- A blonde woman is briefly seen taking a shower in a locker room (we see her bare buttocks and a side view of breasts). Another woman, the brunette one, removes her clothes to prepare for showering (her bare breasts and buttocks are seen).
- The brunette woman gets the blonde woman drunk/drugged in a club full of scantily clad women (some lesbian kissing happens). They wake up together in bed in an apartment, the brunette being fully nude (we see her bare breasts before she puts on a bra; we see her completely shaved pubic region and vulva for a few seconds as she walks around). - This is a gore based horror movie, so lots of bloody scenes with killing, mutilation, and death.
- A man has his femoral artery slit with a scalpel (Not Shown) by a woman, he has blood all over his hands. The woman then throws him off a roof, falls to his death as he's impaled on a fence.
- A woman is seen having sex with a paralyzed or dying man, with many needles stuck all over his upper body.
- A man is attacked by a woman in his car, she paralyzes him with a needle that she sticks in his neck. She gets out of the car, puts the car in reverse, as the car rolls back it's hit by a truck. The mans body goes half way through the passenger windshield. Quite graphic, shows his face bloodied and part of his lower jaw gone.
- A man is drugged by a woman with chloroform. He's tied down on a morgue table, a woman threatens the man with various ways to kill him. She carves the word "pig" into his chest. The woman then cuts the mans arm off with an electrical tool. The arm is dangling on the side, while blood is splattering everywhere.
- A woman is dragged off her chair, and falls down.
- A young girl stabs a man in the back of his neck with a scalpel.
- Two women begin to physically have a tussle, as a third woman tries to stop it, she is knocked unconscious out by one of the women.
- A woman kills a man by electrocuting him with defibrillator paddles.
- A woman stabs a man in the back of his neck with scissors and opens them in his neck.
- A man is stabbed in the eye with a pair of scissors and the woman then takes it out of his socket.
- A woman goes on a killing frenzy. She takes a medical attachment out of a mans chest, blood splatters. The woman stabs a man in the neck with a sharp medical tool. A woman throws a ill man off his bed aggressively. A woman repeatedly stabs another woman. Very disturbing and grisly.
- A woman is fully covered in blood and gore.
- A man is stabbed in the neck.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- AS with any slasher movie, there are several scenes of bloody violence. When viewing in 3D some of these scenes have an extra impact.
- Some may find the ending of the film somewhat graphic and frightening.
- Those with photosensitive epilepsy be warned, during a scene in a nightclub, there is prolonged rapid flashing images and strobe-lighting effects.
