A very fun, anime original episode.
It is a comedic episode filled with wacky high jinks that gives Kon quite the nice spotlight, he becomes less of a pervert in this episode than usual and instead, adopts a very mature and heroic stance to his character. It's a very welcoming breath of fresh air.
The anime original protagonist of this episode, Haruko, is very entertaining to watch due to how her mood and mentality always switches because of the events going on in her environment.
A small + to this episode would be gaining more insight on Rukia and Ichigo's duties as shinigami, their dialogue and actions are very interesting because they give Bleach this, crime, detective genre vibe when dealing with Hollow cases.
The plot isn't very heavy or necessary to the main story line of Bleach but it sure as hell is entertaining. If you would like to see kon fulfilling his duties as a mod soul aswell, then this is definetely the episode for you.
