A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, there was a new addition to Disneyland in Anaheim called Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and it was only open to people with reservations. But on the 24th day of June, the park made this land available without reservations which meant that anyone who had admission to Disneyland could have access to new themed land that is set in the Star Wars universe planet of Batuu. That said, Galaxy’s Edge is already the most popular section of the park, but in order to avoid massive crowds, Disneyland has come up with a new virtual queue.
If you want to ride Millennium Falcon’s Smuggler’s Run, drink some blue milk, build your own lightsaber or join The Resistance while at Disneyland, the park has come up with a system to control the crowds with a virtual queue. For those who are early risers,...

The subtitle of Star Wars: The Last Jedi was taken from the opening crawl of The Force Awakens, making it only natural that fans would be looking to the 2017 film for clues on what the official title of Star Wars: Episode IX might be. And while we have no strong evidence leaning us towards any single candidate, one user on Reddit still makes an intriguing case for their particular prediction.
Like many a theorist before them, Redditor Wmwortman suggests that a passage of dialogue from The Last Jedi might hint at the title, drawing specifically from the climactic moment where Kylo Ren and Luke Skywalker reunite. When the young Ben Solo tells his uncle that “The Resistance is dead, the war is over, and when I kill you, I will have killed the last Jedi,” Luke offers the following rebuttal:
“Amazing. Every word of what you just said was wrong.

Depending on how you look at it, superweapon storylines are either a time-honored tradition of the Star Wars movies, or a lazy excuse for a climax that’s been used at least one too many times. But while a new rumor suggests that yet another game-changing device could be put to use in Star Wars: Episode IX, it won’t be the villains who get to use it this time.
Though The Last Jedi left The Resistance in a pretty grim state, ScreenRant has suggested that General Leia Organa could be holding one last trump card in the form of a weapon called Warhammer. Apparently, this device that’s capable of slicing through Star Destroyers was originally planned to get a mention in J.J. Abrams’ The Force Awakens. Now that the director’s returning to the series, it’s been theorized that he may use this opportunity to finally bring...

When it comes to subjects like anime and sports, RDCWorld1 is full of jokes.
The popular channel, run by five friends who star together in sketch comedy videos, imagines ridiculous scenarios that take place in the worlds of popular anime shows, in the locker rooms of professional sports teams, and, quite often, in the hood. With their simple style, the RDCWorld1 guys have carved out a niche of their own, and millions are tuning in. Here's our conversation with them:
Tubefilter: How does it feel to have more than one million subscribers on your channel? What do you have to say to your fans?
RDCWorld1: It truly feels amazing to have reached the threshold of having over one million subscribers. Our fans are who we owe all of our success to, because without their love and support, none of the things that we have accomplished would be possible.

“Is this freedom looks like?” questions Elizabeth Moss’ Offred in the new trailer for Season 2 of “The Handmaid’s Tale,” released Wednesday.
“What will happen when I get out?” she continues. “There probably is no out, Gilead is within you.”
The footage then follows Offred, on the run and pregnant, while Luke, her husband from before Gilead, and her friend Moira fight for “The Resistance” in Canada. The trailer also features the Colonies for the first time, where Emily (Alexis Bledel) and Janine (Madeline Brewer) have been sent for disobeying the rules of Gilead.
“My name is June Osborne. I am free,” Moss says in the closing seconds the clip, using her real name rather than the one given to her by her commander.

There’s a bit of a macro and micro thing happening at the movies. I’m not talking about Disney’s new merchandising bonanza pairing those miniature “porgs” (think CGI puffins) with towering furry Chewbacca. No we speak of the wide release and limited release divide. Star Wars: The Last Jedi has been filling houses at over 4000 theaters and is obliterating the competition (already number #3 of the year in just 10 days) while a bunch of Oscar contenders are playing, not so quietly, in limited release gigs in their pursuit of golden statues. We’ll talk about more of those again soon but first [cue yellow text crawl over space] Episode VIII: The Last Jedi
We now return to The Resistance (aka the proudly defiant “Rebel Scum”) who are even easier to relate to know in December 2017 when it feels like the world will be ending any...

Chinese movies are very rare to find on worldwide DVD marketing, most of the time one finds Asian movies from Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan. But those Chinese movies that do come out to the world make a strong impact to the audience, for instance "Still Life", "Beijing Bicycle" and "Shanghai Triad". The Resistance made an impact with a different style of movie, a story plot from a samurai movie, but setting takes place during World War II. Directed by the 32nd generation shaolin monk Peng Zhang Li, who became a movie director and actor tells a story of revenge, genocide, and protection of a young peasant girl who must choose between death or resistance. Story: In 1937, the Japanese imperial army launch an...
