  Cobalt Blue : [teleports inside the room]  I hope I'm not interrupting.

  Iris West-Allen : Oh, my God. Eddie?

  Cobalt Blue : It's Cobalt Blue now. Hey, Iris. Flash.

  Barry Allen : Take another step closer to her.

  Cobalt Blue : Oh, no. I'm not here to fight. I just came to say congrats.

  Hunter Zolomon : Are you mocking me?

  Eobard Thawne : Now, you're catching on. Good, Zoom.

  Hunter Zolomon : I'm the fastest man alive.

  Eobard Thawne : No, you're a strung out, jumped-up Velocity 9 junkie. The fastest man alive... You're looking at him.

  August Heart : Oh, please. I'm the one, true god of speed.

  Savitar : [appears]  No, I am. Before I bring this dimension to its knees, I demand who brought us here.

  Eddie Thawne : I did.

• Cobalt Blue : From one Avatar to another. Just because I'm doing this, doesn't mean we'll always see eye-to-eye. We're still on opposite sides.

  Cobalt Blue : You want more speed? I'll help you get it. Enough to kill the Flash. Now, who's in?

  Zoom : We're gonna slaughter your team and end your legacy.

  Khione : No, you won't, and that's your only warning.

  Jay Garrick : Flash... If Eddie wants more speed, he'll go to the source.

  The Flash : The Negative Speed Force. But if he keeps absorbing it...

  Jay Garrick : He'll overload and kill himself.

  The Flash : Just like Thawne.
