At 1:38:05, Madhukar, Nalini and Durga look through an ICU window at Shrinivas. The camera changes from inside the ICU to the corridor. From where Nalini and Durga now stand, they can only see Shrinivas if they had x-ray vision to penetrate the corridor wall; and, to make a nice visual composition for the camera, all fix their gazes ninety degrees away from seeing each other (Shrinivas from the rest). Seconds later, a wider shot shows a different door design - full glass without slot-like windows.
Shrinivas' coma is more like suspended animation. He's unconscious for months under home care with an I.V. attached to him (somewhere), yet he never eats, never drinks, never pees, never poops, never needs washing and never changes physically.
