Shortly after Daryl saves the Latino family from zombies, Merle confronts Daryl in the woods. Merle rips Daryl's shirt revealing two tattoos of winged demons ('Norman Reedus'_' real-life tattoos) on his back. In the first shot it shows the two tattoos on his upper right back, while in the next shot, just after he puts his back pack on, it shows the two tattoos on his upper left back.
The same zombie that sneaks up on the Governor and gets shot with his pistol shows up again when Rick is being attacked by a couple of zombies and gets saved by Merle.
Under Georgia law, the use of "any replica, article, or device having the appearance of such weapon" elevates a robbery charge to armed robbery. So Axel's toy gun was enough for prosecution, the false claim that he used a real gun was unnecessary.
Around 5 minutes in when The Governor visits Andrea, just as he says "That was, um, quite a speech you gave 'em" there must be a crew member off-screen to his left giving Andrea an instruction, as she can clearly be seen nodding her head to acknowledge it, not realizing she was in the shot.
When Rick is looking through the binoculars, he's close enough to the fence and the lenses on the binoculars are small enough that he should be seeing cleanly through the fence or at most one link in each lens as he scans the area. When the camera cuts to the first person view through the binoculars, it shows several links through each lens, as though he was standing farther back. Also, the binoculars don't seem to be magnifying anything, making them useless.
In subsequent episodes, looking through the same fence with the binoculars, the chain link fence isn't visible at all.
