Ridiculous

My biggest issue is the fact that the writers don't know the difference between a psychologist and psychiatrist. There IS a difference as to what each can and can't do. Psychiatrists don't provide therapy. They RX meds. In this story, the "doctor" does therapy and hypnosis and is against medication. It's ridiculous. I like the lead actress (she has been in other Lifetime movies) but the antagonist is not a good actress and has a rather odd look. The whole story is stupid and it's obvious who the bad guy is. Breaking into homes and attacking people in broad daylight and no one sees anything? There are no cameras? Most Lifetime movies are silly and this one is no different.

Warning: Spoilers
I agree with the first reviewer in that many "Lifetime things" don't make sense like Psychologist vs Psychiatrist and breaking into homes in broad daylight or stabbing someone out in the open on the front walkway (even in the evening, it's a risk!)

The baddie in this movie, Brianna, is portrayed by Taylor Castro...sub par actress and cast because her mother, Barbie Castro, is exec producer, as she is for many MarVista movies. The character is annoying more than anything, and the actress overdoes it with the "troubled weirdo" type.

In short, the Dr (Jessica Morris, the best thing about the movie) has a big secret she doesn't reveal despite preaching to patients that telling the truth sets you free. Once she meets Brianna things start going awry (typical Lifetime trope): Internet exposés, staff quitting etc, but the Dr suspects everyone else except the obvious.

Watch if bored, but don't expect the best thriller ever.
