- Mikasa kills Eren in the end and Armin cries over him, which will be sad for a lot of viewers.
- A mother is seen crying while plummeting to her death off a canyon because of The Rumbling. Extremely upsetting.
- Jean and Connie's final goodbye before turning into titans is very emotional.
- Eren reveals that he sent the smiling titan to go and eat his mom instead of Bertholdt. This is very unexpected and will startle most people.
