- TriviaClosed captioning translates the writing on the grip of the pistol found in the Martian soil as Protect the Leader at all costs, but based on the Korean shown, it roughly translates to "defense to the death".
- GoofsInducing hypercapnia as an interrogation method is patently ludicrous, as it is generally too slow to create any useful effect, or if induced quickly would cause a person to almost instantly lose consciousness and die as their the respiratory system would fail within as little as one minute.
Furthermore, the screen clearly shows oxygen levels maintaining 20.1 percent volume whilst the carbon dioxide partial pressure continues to rise. This mixture almost always causes immediate seizures, and loss of consciousness owing to central nervous system oxygen toxicity.

Featured review
science fiction at its best
It's depressing to see a top notch series like this garner no reviews here while far inferior shows (like Apple's Monarch, ugh) get tons.
This episode is a perfect example of why For All Mankind is among the best series on Apple or anywhere. The whole season leads up to this one explosive finale, with three different groups vying to control the fate of the Goldilocks asteroid.
The episode cuts back and forth between the schemes and counter-schemes and wild card maneuvers so that the outcome is always in question, right up to the end.
One thing I've been missing this season is the hair-raising outer space action but this episode has a fight on the outside of a space station, scarily close to powerful engines that can disintegrate you on contact.
