- A woman has a baby cut out of her stomach by Satan's cult members.
- A woman is tied down and is implied that she is raped by Satan in hell.
- A woman's arm is dismembered with a cleaver. (Very gory and disturbing)
- The head and hands of a young boy and a young girl (estimated 11 to 13 years of age) are shown already removed from their bodies. Art (the clowns name is shown written in blood on the wall this whole scene is EXTREMELY disturbing not for the squeamish
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It is implied that a woman is raped by the devil. Another woman has her baby cut out of her stomach by witches (Looks ritualistic)
- The main female character of the 3rd story wakes up on a slab looking relieved; only to realize there are blood and flesh coverer tools, surgical instuments, etc. then appears the clown laughing and pointing at her. she then sees what he has done. Sliced up. chopped up and stiched back together leaving her a paraplegic torso with words carved into her stomach and chest. unexpected.
- The psychosis behind the young boys demeanor and excitement in his face regarding the tape and how he couldn't take his eyes off of it is very disturbing. while watching it he seems intrigued and suggests he gains positive influence from the horror most kids would be terrified of.
