Shows how Military training works in the UK

The mini series shows how it would be for people signing-up for British soldier training. The problem that I have with the training is the lack of professional guidance in these trainings rooted in psychology, interpersonal skills, leadership, and communication when there are already a plenty of resources available to enrich and enhance character, attitudes, and mental framework required to succeed in these roles. The only guidance these trainees get is you did this and this wrong, and have to correct it, otherwise your chances of passing out from the program is slim, that is the best case of support they get for improvement. There is no guidance on how to process the training and evaluations properly. None of the trainers are trained in it as well. Not having a training or not providing such educational information is a missed opportunity. A positive aspect is the motivational reviews provided, and it boosts morale in trainees to find that personal strength to go past their preconceived limitations. The trainees astoundingly take it well, and push past their physical limitations. I believe the supportive strength training, the direct and indirect routines, and the required nutritional supply that was provided played a critical role in it, the strength training department played it's role very well. The inspection requirements also helps to attune a certain discipline and awareness required to be focused in duty. I have to say, the variety of biscuits showed in the series looked very nice. Quality coffee machines should be provided, seems like they do not know how to flush it, hence older-unserviced models should be rotated out.
