- After learning that gay clubs are frequented by straight women, Stuart ditches Wade (who was coming over for movie night) to tag along with Jessica to a gay club. Jessica manages to get herself and Stuart invited to a dinner party of influential tastemakers and groundbreakers, where Stuart hopes to be introduced to fashion models. Back at Stuart's house, Wade is joined by Kives and they have a fun night of their own in Stuart's house.—Anonymous
- Stuart (Stephen Merchant) and Wade (Nate Torrence) are hanging out at Stuart's house at night. Stuart's housemate Jessica walks through the house dressed in evening wear. She's heading with her friends to a club named Hades, which is a gay man's club. She explains that attractive women like to go to gay clubs to dance without being bothered by men. Stuart induces that there's no competition at a club like that, and says he wants to go alone. Jessica only agrees when Stuart promises her the code to his wi-fi.
At Hades, Jessica joins her friends at a table, including her frenemy, Amelia, who doles out her usual back-handed compliments. Margot, a successful woman walks by and greets Amelia. When Amelia says she's going to Margot's dinner party, Jessica pretends she was invited, too. She approaches Margot and finagles an invitation to her party for Saturday night.
Stuart is on the dance floor and trying to dance up close to women, who are not amused. He meets two gay men, including Andy (David Hornsby), who owns a modeling agency. Andy will also be at Margot's party on Saturday.
As Jessica and Stuart prepare to leave for the party, Jessica tells Stuart not to try to act too important, that it's a sophisticated party. She tells him specifically not to say anything derogatory about gay people as there will be gay people at the party. Wade appears; Stuart has forgotten about movie night.
Wade has invited Kives over to Stuart's house. They play pranks on Stuart such as replacing his hand soap with mayonnaise. They also rifle through his computer. They laugh until they find his bucket list that ends with "Don't die alone."
Jessica and Stuart enter Margot's party in a beautiful luxury house. At dinner, Stuart puts his foot in his mouth, and Amelia makes several poorly-veiled snarky jokes about Jessica. Stuart excuses himself to the restroom to look up jokes that might help him during the party in the hopes of impressing the others. He does not. Jessica doesn't fare much better, doing an embarrassing tap dance for the polite but horrified guests.
The last straw takes place in the hot tub when Stuart makes an offensive joke about gay men and the guests tell him to leave. Jessica tries to stay, but they shoot daggers at her with their eyes and she climbs out of the tub. As Stuart and Jessica leave the party, they pass two gorgeous models coming in. Stuarts looks at them wistfully.
On the drive home in Stuart's convertible, Stuart glumly apologizes for getting the kicked out of the hot tub. Jessica apologizes for the tap dancing. They end up laughing.
As they arrive home, Kives is kind to Stuart rather than giving him a hard time as usual. Wade hugs him goodbye, also unusual. Jessica leaves to the guest house.
