- Jim Burns visits an unfrocked paedophile, Father Jensen, in prison. Years ago he ran an orphanage attended by Spector, though then he was Peter Baldwin, later adopted by the Spectors, which was when his criminality began. The police arrest Katie at the hotel where Spector stays, after she has flushed evidence down the toilet. They also pick up Spector after he has been involved in an attempted abduction and shooting by James Tyler, whose wife left him after Spector counselled her. Sally Ann is also charged with perverting the course of justice by giving her husband an alibi on the night of the first murder. Stella is horrified to find that Spector has made a video of Rose Stagg begging him to release her and has him charged with murder and kidnap.—don @ minifie-1
- The police begin to stitch together Paul Spector's past history. They now know that he was adopted by the Spector family, who had adopted or fostered many children. ACC Jim Burns visits one time but now defrocked priest Father Jensen - in jail as a convicted pedophile - who worked an orphanage where Jensen lived for several years. He remembers Paul well and the police learn that the boy was then known as Peter Baldwin. Rose has been missing for four days and the hope that Spector will lead them to her is the only thing keeping the police from arresting him. Katie meanwhile leads the police to Spector's hotel room where she is arrested for destroying evidence. Spector's unexpected encounter with irate husband Jimmy Tyler forces the police to accelerate his arrest and that of his wife Sally Ann.—garykmcd
