There are Tardis's in the "new future warehouse" that Paracelsus created by going back in time, right after Artie, Pete and Myka find the first person being experimented on with artifacts, and Artie tells Pete and Myka about his parents stories from the camps during the war.
Paracelsus's time machine has a component on it that clearly resembles the "Flux Capacitor," an homage to Back to the Future.
Myka and Pete go back to June 10, 1541. They chased Paracelsus to Warehouse 09 where the Regents were inexplicably killed.
