In addition to the actors' less than average acting (it is after all just a TV movie), the movie tried its best to fit in the Horror genre. However, it was not scary and not even entertaining. The plot didn't seem to highlight where the story was going so it was really, really hard to root for the main characters as they all were just as confused as the audience throughout the whole movie.
The prologue was so disconnected with the story line. It would make audiences wonder if they had missed something. (And it's not worth a minute to find out if they did) The ending was just as confusing. There wasn't any closure to anything in the film. The supporting characters were very inconsistent. I mean really, were they good people? Were they bad? Did they like Eve? Did they hate her? Why were they helping her? And then why were they un-helping her?
There too many flaws in this movie, it was hard to find any good or entertaining moments, but at the end of the day, it is just a TV movie which was recommended for light viewing. So with lower expectations, you might find some novel-worthy story behind the disorganized plot. It's the kind of movie you only want to watch once and then move on with another.
