(at around 32 mins) When Meg kisses her father in the hospital, he is wearing an oxygen cannula. In the next shot, he isn't, but when the camera switches back to Meg, it's on again.
Meg in discussing his will with her father repeatedly refers to the fact that she has to file the will. In Florida (and most states) the will is not filed until the death of the testator. Also, in the hospital, she attempts to have her father sign the modified will. The modification would have no legal effect unless her father signed the will in the presence of two witnesses.
The camera pans over Meg's diploma in her law office showing that she received a "Juris Master" degree. A law degree is a Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
Meg's smartphone continues to glow brightly when she's holding it against her face and talking on it. Smartphone screens go completely dark when the user holds the phone to their face to talk.
