Ever-accommodating, easy-going gentleman Andrew feels increasingly awkward as he realizes even his alleged favorites are generally really adopted from others, presently Stu ad Zelda, and even since childhood, making him doubt if he really had his own identity and opinion. So he's encouraged by Stephie to seek his own hobby he's goo at, even if it's as bizarre as climbing stairs competitively. Goal-getter Zelda stirs Andrew to stand up for his opinions at work, but when he questions Big Bird's terrible decision to switch from a sensitive love app to a strictly commercial dating app, she demotes him in favor of first-passing assistant Jordan, who enjoys pulling his newly-gained rank but is clueless. Time helps Andrew reconsider more philosophically and practically.
