- A man whose life seems straight out of a classic Kannada movie faces highs and lows in life and love.
- Hot-headed Ramachari becomes a fan of Vishnuvardhan's Ramachari from Nagarahaavu after seeing the same consequences they went through; he even gets Vishnu's Ramachari tattooed on his chest. His waywardness spoils his relationship with his father; the two can't stand each other. The father prefers his elder son Hari, who is docile and studious. Ramachari hardly goes to college; he mostly hangs out with his friends Dattu and Chikkappa, which soon earns him Dattu's mom's resentment. On one of his rare visits to college, he encounters Divya, who is being ragged, and it's love at first sight for Ramachari. Divya falls for Ramachari and he prefers calling her Margarette (the heroine's name in Nagarahaavu). After a beautiful first few days, the two decide to get married. Eventually, problems creep into their relationship and they break up. Ramachari agrees to marry a girl his father chose to save his honor; hearing this, Divya attempts suicide. Later, Divya agrees to marry Aakash, a guy her mom chose. The marriages are set for the same date in the same town, Chitradurga, where Nagarahaavu was extensively shot. Both the marriages are managed by "Shubhamastu" wedding planners, headed by Sadhu, who mixes up the photos of bride and groom, leading to comic situations. On the day of marriage, Ramachari gets his fiancée married to her boyfriend Farhan and involves in a monologue with Vishnu's statue on Chitradurga fort. At the same time hearing that Ramachari broke his marriage, Divya too breaks her marriage and unites with Ramachari.
