  General Sam Lane : That alien is the enemy, Agent Danvers.

  Alex Danvers : Your orders were to bring Director Henshaw home. That's what I'm doing.

  General Sam Lane : You take one more step, and my men will put you down.

  [men ready to fire] 

  Supergirl : [shakes her head]  I wouldn't be so sure of that.

  [looks at one of the soldiers, and he lowers his rifle] 

  Soldier : [explaining himself to General]  She saved my life, Sir.

  General Sam Lane : [as Supergirl and Alex continue on their way with prisoner]  How do you know Non and his army won't betray you?

  Supergirl : [turning back to face General]  I don't. But I have faith.

• Astra : [after revelation]  Your mother never stopped believing in me. You are so much like her, Kara.

  Supergirl : [sniffles]  It's not too late, Astra. Please tell me where Henshaw is.

  Astra : The only way to save him is to make the trade.

  Supergirl : [rises, sighs]  Then it's a good thing I'm not human.
