Sex & Nudity

  • Note that since this game is set during the Stone Age during a time where normal clothing was non-existent, there is nudity but it isn't sexualized due to the time period the game is set in.
  • Occasional enemy and non-player character encounters which feature characters engaging in sexual intercourse. These NPCs are typically clothed in the same manner as during regular gameplay. Some players may consider these events sexually explicit, but they are not pornographic.
  • You regularly see naked bodies. While not exploitive or pornhographic, this section of review is called Sex & Nudity, not Porn. And the Nudity is abundant and highly detailed.
  • Full frontal male nudity, which include details of their genitalia, can be encountered during gameplay as some male characters do not wear undergarments under their outfits. [For example, stooping over a dead enemy's corpse, which has no undergarments under their clothing, will expose the player to a scrotum and penis.]
  • Other instances of nudity include female characters who are seen with their breasts and nipples exposed.
  • Overall, depictions of topless nudity in the game and/or occasional full frontal nudity are featured, but not exploitative.
  • The player may also randomly encounter almost fully naked people, usually with very little clothing, this is because of the time period and not meant to be sexualised.

Violence & Gore

  • The level of violence in the game is intense and strong.
  • Brief blood spurts can be seen whenever enemies are struck.
  • Apart from normal attacks, the player can also trigger takedown kills to dispatch an enemy in a single strike. During a takedown kill, the protagonist pierces his weapon through the enemy's body or chin, or slices an enemy's neck with a knife. This often results in large blood spurts spewing out from the puncture point.
  • Overall, depictions of realistic violence, such as killing, maiming or causing other serious injury to human & animal characters are featured, but the violence itself is not sadistic, cruel and/or abhorrent.
  • Aside from this, during the player's exploration of the game's open-world environment, they may also encounter cannibal camps where mutilated human body parts are scattered around the area. For example, decapitated and dismembered human corpses are impaled on stakes or left lying in pools of blood. Details such as mangled flesh and exposed bones are visible on some of these set-pieces. Some corpses are also disemboweled with the entrails exposed.
  • The player may also encounter scenes of cannibals squatting over and feasting on corpses but no strong details are discernible.

Violence & Gore

  • Violence is also depicted during cutscenes and contains details such as open wounds and blood effects. Another scene of violence depicts a character's head being punctured with a dagger.

Profanity

  • Wogah calls Takkar "Piss Man" due to Wogah having captured Takkar and peeing on him.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Although there are no drugs or alcohol, the player will occasionally have to drink a skull of blood mixed with "other ingredients" (Udam eyes, saliva, ashes) from Tensay and be sent on a "spiritual journey" representing someone tripping out
