At SDCC in 2016, the cast were asked what their favorite scene to film was. Dominique Provost-Chalkley (Waverly Earp) answered that hers was the tree-house scene with Michael Eklund (Bobo Del Rey), especially the part where they're looking at each other, whilst walking around the tree trunk.
Officer Haught says the town has gone 5150. 5150 is the code that allows an adult who is experiencing a mental health crisis to be involuntarily detained for a 72 hour psychiatric hospitalization and be evaluated in if they're a danger to themselves or others.
The title "I Walk the Line" would seem to be a tribute to the Johnny Cash song. Cash's song is about a man walking the line because of his love for someone, which would seem have some parallels to the love story between Bobo and Willa.
