When Sylvie was threatened at gunpoint, it was totally understandable that she froze and was in shock for a while. But really? You guys wrote that she was so afraid that she would not report that incident immediately after that? Out of what? Frightened? So keeping the threat to herself would be the best option? Especially given she was one of the first responders? And even the guy took her officer ID, really? Then later, she was so "brave" that she insisted on continue working after the chief told her not to go into the field until the situation neutralized. Really? Dare devil much? Come on. Be more sensible.
