If you want to stay competitive in the dating game, you have to bring the bling … or car, or luxury handbag — really anything that costs more than most Americans make in a year.
Recently, Drake took his relationship with Jennifer Lopez to the next level, gifting her a very special piece of jewelry: a Tiffany Victoria necklace valued at $100,000. Lopez wore the 17-in. diamond strand— which features more than 15 carats worth of round-, pear- and marquise-shaped diamonds set in platinum — on New Year’s Eve, as seen in the photo above.

Fiji’s Your Paradise is quickly establishing itself as one of the most exclusive and exotic destination festivals around, with its 2016 event going down without a hitch this month. Your Paradise boasted some major DJs at this year’s outing, with Skrillex serving as the most notable headliner. We’ve already seen plenty of footage from his stint at the festival, including his b2b set with Justin Martin and the wedding proposal he helped facilitate, but a new video has fans speculating over what might be an unreleased hip-hop song from the Owsla front runner.
During one of his sets at Your Paradise, Skrillex dropped a track that some fans believe to be a collaboration between himself and rappers Denzel Curry and Kevin Gates. In the one minute long video, we can hear a booming trap backdrop with some rowdy verses before moving into a catchy chorus section.

After contributing new music to Alexander Wang’s 2016 fashion campaign, Skrillex has teamed up with familiar cohorts Marshmello and Slushii to deliver a massive b2b set in China. Following up on his debut Boiler Room set in conjunction with Ims-Asia-Pacific, the “Purple Lamborghini” producer stopped off in Shanghai’s famed Myst nightclub to drop the performance with his junk food themed proteges. Luckily for fans located outside of China, a video of the set has surfaced on YouTube for our viewing pleasure.
The 53 minute long video features plenty of enticing footage of the three DJs dropping their collaborative set, which is filled to the brim with some top notch trap and hip hop tunes. The tracklist is littered with music from acts like DJ Snake, Brillz, Dillon Francis, Jack Ü and more as Skrillex, Marshmello and Slushii seamlessly bounce from track to track.

Fans probably heard more about Jared Leto's antics as The Joker on the set of Suicide Squad than they saw of the actor in the final film. Stories of Leto's method acting approach were plentiful, the biggest one being the "gifts" that he gave to his co-stars, reported to be anything from bullets to condoms to dead animals. As it turns out, Skrillex was also the recipient of such a gift when he filmed the video for "Purple Lamborghini" (from the film's soundtrack) with Leto and Rick Ross. In an interview with Complex, Skrillex said that Leto gave him the “biggest dildo” he had ever seen and a “bunch of weird s**t in a box.” A nonplussed Skrillex thanked the actor for the gift, nonetheless. According to Skrillex, the music video was originally supposed to feature just him, intercut with footage from the film, but he wanted something different,...

Lest you forget, Jared Leto appeared in Joker regalia in the music video for “Purple Lamborghini,” Skrillex and Rick Ross’ contribution to the Suicide Squad soundtrack. And you know what that means—presents! Yes, Skrillex recently told Complex that Leto, who is apparently a buddy of his, sent him “the biggest dildo” as well as “a bunch of weird shit in a box.” We’ll leave you to speculate what was contained within, but just remember Leto’s gifts to the cast included used condoms, anal beads, a live rat, and a dead pig. Presumably whatever this purple-wearing Pandora sent his Edm pal was pretty yucky.
The studio apparently thought the video would just employ clips from the movie, but Skrillex had a vision that involved Leto. Surprisingly, the actor was reluctant, even though he once said “it’s really difficult to think about doing anything” other than playing the...

Way to give your colleagues the shaft, Jared Leto. In an interview with Complex, celebrity DJ Skrillex revealed that the “Suicide Squad” star gifted him an enormous sex toy on the set of the music video “Purple Lamborghini.” In the video for the song, which Skrillex wrote with Rick Ross, Leto appears as his “Suicide Squad” character The Joker. But Leto brought more than just his acting skills to the set, according to Skrillex, who says Leto gave him “the biggest dildo” he’d ever seen, along with “a bunch of weird sh-t in a box.” Also Read: Jared Leto to Appeal TMZ.

In his never ending quest to expand past the role of mere musician, Skrillex has taken some pretty wild career turns over the last few years. From transitioning from emo vocalist to brostep pioneer, to re-branding himself as a full fledged pop producer with his hit Justin Bieber collaboration, Sonny Moore is an artist who refuses to acknowledge the boundaries his fans often wish to impose upon him. His latest move, however, sees him taking a dive into the fashion world in a new ad with Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga.
For Alexander Wang’s Fall 2016 campaign, Skrillex has offered up some new music while showing his familiar face in the video itself. The tune kicks off with a sample from his Vic Mensa collab “No Chill,” before diving into a rowdy trap drop reminiscent of...

Burning Man 2016 came and went without a hitch, hosting a number of top notch dance artists along the way. Camp Questionmark served as a cornerstone for the festival’s dance music lineup, with sets from Rusko, The Glitch Mob, Diplo, GRiZ, and Skrillex. Thankfully, a number of videos have now surfaced with footage from the event, giving viewers who didn’t make it out to Black Rock City this year a chance to witness the festivities.
A YouTube user named Kenny Hoff has uploaded more than sixty videos from Camp Questionmark, most notably delivering a number of live clips from Skrillex’s DJ set. The bass music pioneer brought an expectedly high octane set to the festival, dropping a number of his best known tunes like his remix of Nero’s “Promises,” “Make It Bun Dem” with Damian Marley, and “Summit” with Ellie Goulding. Following up on the success of their collaboration “Purple Lamborghini” for the Suicide Squad soundtrack, Rick Ross has revealed that he and Skrillex have another collaboration on the way. In a quote with Billboard, the rapper revealed that he’s been in talks with the Edm producer about their next joint effort.
Shout out to my big homie Skrillex. I just spoke to him maybe a week or two ago, and we talking about our next collaboration for my project.
The two artists proved worthy collaborators when “Purple Lamborghini” dropped, delivering a larger than life trap/hip-hop number that matched the ferocity of Suicide Squad‘s anti-heroes. It is presumed that their next collaboration will appear on the follow up to Ross’ 2015 album Black Market, but nothing has been confirmed just yet.
Unfortunately, it sounds like we may be waiting a while before we hear their next song together, but...

Skrillex has had his fair share of collaborations on films, creating tracks for pictures such as “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Spring Breakers” and most recently the song “Purple Lamborghini” featuring Rick Ross for “Suicide Squad” (which probably featured more of The Joker than the actual film). Now the California-born DJ is teaming up with musical artist Wiwek and director Jodeb to release their new short film “Still in the Cage.”
The trio released the first trailer for the project a day before its premieres on August 17 at the Theatre at Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. Set in Bangkok, the sneak peek shows a group of women who decide to run away from home to a settlement along a jungle river.
