Throw Momma from the Train

This was interesting. Kirkman needs the governors to support a new Congress. They have judged him already and are ready to throw him under the bus. But he does make some really hard concessions. Meanwhile, his wife is becoming a major pain. At this point she needs to step back and let him get started, form his alliances. With everything that is going on, he has every right to tell her to stand down. She should recognize this.

The episode was great, I really hate his wife. She's the wrong actress to be playing an immigration attorney with WH issues that she has no clearance being involved in. Not only does she force her husband to meet her agenda (yeah, frikin' Jack Bauer), she can't even pretend to have an American accent. Eat a Ploughman's lunch and die in a limo crash.

Warning: Spoilers
Kirkman shows a degree of vulnerability here while being questioned by the nation's governor, led by a woman governor who could also qualify as a school supervisor.

What's the real story behind the guy now being vetted for the vice presidency?

Kirkman is now without his glasses and is wearing contacts for the occasion.

The shooting at the White House during the visit by the governors shows just how volatile the situation really is.

Kirkman's wife, as the expert immigration attorney, really advocates for those Syrian refugees, stranded on a plane, since the governor of Florida shall not let them off.

Good show so far... Credits for this episode spoiled it for me

Warning: Spoilers
Do not know if anyone reads credits as I do not often, but one of the first lines of it is a huge reveal! (Basically what the episode was about, which was to get the name of the person responsible for the bombing) and the show's own credits spoiled that reveal.
