...As daughter #2 of 5, and the logical-argumentative-defensive type, my family expected me to continue Dad's legacy and become the lawyer in the family. Instead, I fed my creative tendencies; studied Public Relations (cuz not going to be a starvin' artist) and Journalism (no beat journalist here, thx!), almost-minored in Marketing (sleazy salesman-pitch much?).
Anyway, Goliath came across our "Recommended" list, and w'ere like, ok, sure. Been awhile, since 1990s L. A. Law and Jimmy Smits and "Lauri Partridge" Susan Dey (Day?)... So had to give it a try.
D'ang! Every night it was hubs and I going like "...one more?" after each episode. Staying up way beyond the recommended bedtime for old timers like us... 57 & 62. Which, btw, is the new 37 & 42... Anywho. That's how we roll. The Magicians, The Man in the High Castle, Goliath, Bosch, now on to Legacies and teen angsty- &or Oregon Trail tales.
