- A group of killer clowns break into a man's house, beat him with batons and throw him around before dragging him up to his attic and graphically murdering him by stabbing him in the chest three times with a lot of blood shown pouring everywhere as he screams and then shoving an axe into his head with blood shown pouring out for a prolonged amount of time (extremely disturbing and graphically violent).
- A kidnapped man is shown hanging from the ceiling by hooks wearing a gimp mask and closeup shots are shown of hooks pierced through nearly every part of his body before a man stabs him twice and all the hooks rip out of his skin (extremely graphic and disturbing with a lot of blood shown and very detailed).
- A man is tortured by a group of people with a nail gun. He is tied to a chair and shot with a nail gun in the head nine times before he is shot in the neck as he screams throughout the whole sequence and a lot of blood is shown (extremely graphic and terrifying, one of the most violent moments in the whole show and almost everything is shown in closeup).
- A woman shoots a man in a wheelchair in the stomach and then shoots herself in the head. blood and brain matter shown.
- Two blood soaked and ancient dead bodies are shown arranged in a gruesome and disturbing way on a bed as a man talks to them, very brutal.
