- In a House, Organs and eyeballs are shown gorily and graphically hanging from the ceiling as well as a cot covered in blood, a woman with a lot of blood around her vagina area screaming about how she was assaulted and aborted herself as well as a gay man strapped to a chair and a drug addict being brutally tortured by having his skin peeled off while he is forced to take drugs.
- There is a house in the episode run by a psychopath called judgement House, there are a lot of brutal things happening there but it is mainly implied but extremely disturbing and violent.
- A man is tortured by being beaten and verbally abused before being impaled by lots of spikes. This is extremely gory and graphic with a lot of blood and gore shown as well as blood spraying on the faces of the people standing around him.
- A man tries to rape a woman and a noise is heard of him ejaculating all over her stomach before she shoots him in the head with blood and brain matter splattering all over a car window. This is shown twice from different perspectives and is very violent.
- In a shocking twist, a man cuts his brother's finger off before stabbing him in the neck, this whole scene is INCREDIBLY graphic and shocking and so, so much blood is shown.
