- Cave Dwelling Sponge is a very violent episode. Patrick's tongue gets burnt by hot chocolate and he beats his tongue with a rock, it is mangled afterwards. Prehistoric Sponge wrecks a lot of the Bikini Bottomites property, he does violent things to the customers, a man bites in a sandwich with a car part in it and shatters his teeth, a woman burns her tongue and mouth when she bites a sandwich with a car part in it, city hall gets destroyed, etc.
