- You can talk with a sexbot, though you never meet face to face. The bot calls her owner "Master", but the conversation doesn't get more graphic than that.
- A man calls one of his neighbors a "Whore", and a "Cocktease" while lashing out. He also mentions her looking naked when bending down.

- Near the beginning of the game, you find a decapitated man.
- Inside an apartment, you see a man who has been severely harmed off screen, including having his stomach sliced open. His intestinal tract is seen dangling out. He is still alive, but there's too much blood in his mouth to even talk. He is dead from blood loss when you see him again.
- Inside a tattoo polar, you find a dead woman who has been stabbed several times in the chest with a tattoo machine, and had her juggler bitten out, as well as part of her hand, offscreen.
