Mini-Bladerunner.

Instant cult classic of a game. Has a great and unique atmosphere. Visuals are very good and make you feel like you are in a futuristic city. It takes blace in one building but that does not take away from the game. For cyberpunk fans and neon future lovers its a great game.

A futurist and most realist version of life
DIGITALEANIME19 March 2021
It's a kind of niche that needs new revisions and new pioneers so that it can continue to evolve as we get closer to seeing its fictitious warnings unfold in real life, and Observer adds to familiar parables in fascinating ways. and unexpected. In this regard, and on many other levels, Observer is a haunting and remarkable achievement.

Wow

Really amazing cyberpunk detective story. Very western in its story structure but very Japanese in its visuals. If you like cyberpunk anime from the 90s then you'll love this. Great acting too. Rutger Hauer really gave this everything.

Immersive, cyberpunk, psychological horror

Warning: Spoilers
Simply one of the best horror games I've ever played. Rutger Hauer massively delivers in his role as jaded Observer Dan Lazarski. A man that works for a mysterious corporate juggernaut cyber wear company called Chiron. After finding what he believes to be the body of his son Adam, Dan scours a locked down, dilapidated apartment building for clues and follows a trail of more bodies and jacking into their last memories to try and piece the crimes together in a truly trippy fashion. Observers environment and sounds make for a truly eerie and immersive tale in a future plagued by a cyber virus and NPCs that have become used to technology dominating their lives. I definitely recommend this game for anyone that's a fan of the cyberpunk/Blade Runner vibe. It's a quick game with so much to take in and question.

the sci fi part kill himself

Warning: Spoilers
I really get interested by the game from the beginning . It have a plot that make us engage in the story but the big downside for me was the sci fi part and all the gameplay with it . The gameplay try to make us scare like Layers of Fear did at the time (cameras movement ,jumpscares, repetitions ) and really feel no identity with that game and just try to copy the other game . Even a scene where we past some rooms and we went in the same room over and over tilll we do the things in exact order : i found it pretty not interesting because we see also the difficulties of the technique of the game : the cut was pretty obvious and we feel that cut when we past it and felt really off in the game and make me pretty sick really . And please stop with the Jumpscare its so much overused and it become annoying and not scary at all . The game try to make an ambience with that cyberpunk feel and stuff and with the horror sequences but found it really cheap and felt that they lack of ideas to make it and make me pretty disappointed overall . What i like are the voiceovers and find it pretty good and make them really immersive in the story . But the game felt just a copy with a lack of ideas and didnt really like sci fi genre even more with that kind of universe . Pretty disappointed and dont compare this game with Layers of Fear please its not the same.
